Eligibility and how to apply

Welcome to The People’s Health Clinic

Who we care for To be seen at PHC, two things need to be true:

  • You do not have health insurance
  • You live in Summit County or Wasatch County, Utah

How to make an appointment Please give us a call at (435) 333-1850. Our team will walk you through the steps and schedule your first visit. All appointments are scheduled by phone — we look forward to hearing from you.

What to expect All patients are seen by appointment, so we can give each person the time they deserve. If you prefer, telehealth visits are also available — just let us know when you call.

In a medical emergency If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room right away. PHC is not an emergency service, but we’ll be here for your ongoing care.
