Joana Saucedo
Community Health Worker
My name is Joanna Saucedo, and I am a Community Health Worker for the People’s Health Clinic. With the support of a grant from the Utah Department of Health, my position seeks to address health inequities within our community. In addition, I will be implementing an outreach program to connect our diabetic patients with services and quality care through our clinic. I am a senior at the University of Utah and will be graduating with a degree in Health and Kinesiology with an emphasis in Community Health. I grew up in Park City, Utah, and I’m excited to start helping my community lead and live healthy lives. I enjoy watching movies, hiking, and playing beach volleyball in my free time.
