Dr Couldwell is faculty supervisor in the student led clinic at People’s Health Clinic with both clinical and teaching responsibilities. She provides both endocrine and general medicine care at the clinic. She supervises students from the University of Utah School of Medicine.
Dr Couldwell is an associate professor in the division of Endocrinology at University of Utah. Areas of clinical interest including general endocrinology, type 1 diabetes, pituitary disorders, and transition of care for young adults with endocrine disorders. She trained at Laval University in Ste-Foy Quebec Canada. She completed internal medicine residency at Royal Victoria Hospital in Montreal, also completed pediatric endocrinology clinical and research fellowships in Montreal. Dr Couldwell also completed an adult endocrinology fellowship in UCLA, Los Angeles USA.
