MaeLin began her journey at The People's Health Clinic in 2020 as a volunteer and AmeriCorps VISTA, which led to positions as a Medical Assistant and Assistant Clinic Coordinator. She played an important role in developing the diabetes program and took great pride in educating patients on managing their health. MaeLin's dedication to The People's Health Clinic and its patients grew during her time there motivating her to pursue further education.
MaeLin attended Utah Valley University, where she earned her Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. She is now thrilled to return as a certified Physician Assistant and Diabetes Program Director. MaeLin is passionate about empowering her patients to understand that, with effort and clear goals, they can lead normal lives despite having diabetes or other health challenges. This opportunity is a dream come true for her.
Outside of the clinic, MaeLin enjoys traveling with her husband and playing with their puppy. She also loves expressing her creativity through photography.
