Margo is an active investor and company builder at the intersection of healthcare and technology. She currently serves as the Co-Founder and CEO of Montai Therapeutics which is pioneering at the intersection of AI, biology and diverse untapped chemistry to create transformative medicines for chronic disease. She also is a CEO-Partner at Flagship Pioneering which is a serial bioplatform innovator in life sciences and sustainability. Prior to Montai, Margo held multiple senior leadership roles including President and CEO of Ancestry, President of Americas at Google, and a Partner at McKinsey & Company.
Margo has extensive experience as a public, private and nonprofit board member and currently serves on multiple Boards including McDonald’s Corporation, AppLovin, Handshake, Workboard, Ro, Harbinger Health and the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy. She earned a BA in economics and an MBA from Harvard.
She and her family love Park City - all things outdoors as well as the vibrant music and art community.
