Alyse is an experienced partner at Egon Zehnder, one of the world’s leading leadership advisory firms She led the US Health practice, as well as the US Leadership Advisory practice, and is most active as an advisor on CEO and Board mandates. Her passion and interest is in the health industry, across all segments, working both domestically and globally.
Before joining Egon Zehnder, Alyse was with McKinsey & Company, where she helped healthcare clients solve business and organizational challenges. Prior to that, she was a Senior Principal in IMS Consulting’s North American practice, where she helped double the practice and build the team, and a Managing Director at a boutique health consultancy. Earlier, Alyse worked at Vector Securities, advising biotech, diagnostics, and medical device companies on M&A transactions and capital structure. She launched her career working for a United States Senator, covering health policy and legislative priorities.
Alyse earned a BA in American Studies from Yale, and a Master of Public Affairs from the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business, both at the University of Texas. Alyse and her family recently relocated to Park City, Utah, and are thrilled to be a part of this community. She is also a Board member of USA Nordic Sport, which supports the USA National Ski Jumping and Nordic Combined teams, building upon her experience as an NCAA college athlete and her passion for competitive sport.
