Alyse is an experienced partner at Spencer Stuart, one of the world’s leading leadership advisory firms. She works with healthcare companies across the globe on their most pressing talent issues, including Board composition and effectiveness, CEO search and succession, team effectiveness and retention and recruitment of talent. She has placed, assessed and coached some of the most senior executives in the healthcare industry across a variety of healthcare subsectors, including global biopharma, healthcare services and private equity–backed companies (including pharma services, provider services and digital health). Alyse is passionate about helping leaders build sustainable and responsible organizations and supporting leaders on their own transformation journeys.
Previously, Alyse spent several years with McKinsey & Co, working with healthcare clients on top business and organizational challenges, and with IMS (now IQVIA) Consulting. Earlier, Alyse worked at Vector Securities, advising biotech, diagnostics, and medical device companies on M&A transactions and capital structure. She launched her career working for a United States Senator, covering health policy and legislative priorities.
Alyse earned a BA in American Studies from Yale, and a Master of Public Affairs from the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business, both at the University of Texas. Alyse and her family relocated to Park City, Utah in 2020, and are thrilled to be a part of this community. She is also a Board member of USA Ski Jumping, building upon her experience as an NCAA college athlete and her passion for competitive sport.
