Tania Bodnar, MD, FACOG joined the People’s Health Clinic in 2018 as an Obstetrician and Gynecologist with a passion and focus for preventive women’s health, contraception access and quality prenatal care. She pursued her dream of a career in medicine and attended an international medical program at the Universidad Autonoma de Guadalajara in Guadalajara, Mexico and completed her clinical rotations stateside through Ross University. She did her training in Stamford, CT where she stayed to pursue work in private practice for ten years. She transitioned to a hospital setting practice through Intermountain Health Care and is practicing at the Specialty Clinic at Park City Hospital.
Born in Mexico to Colombian parents, Dr Bodnar has a unique and diverse multicultural background with a deep understanding of the Hispanic community. She is a native Spanish speaker and has also become proficient in French; her multilingual skills have become a tremendous asset to her career.
She and her family moved to Park City for a change of environment, where they have learned the beauty of balancing work and family to allow for great quality of life. She is an avid skier, yogi and has taken up mountain biking and cross-country skiing. When she is not on-call you can find her and her family enjoying Park City as well as searching for more beautiful adventures in UT, ID, WY, and CO in their teardrop trailer.
She is honored to give back to this amazing community who has embraced her warmly. People’s Health Clinic stands as a beacon of hope, love and doing what is right in this world. She is humbled to be a part of this mission.
