Dr. John Hanrahan is the happy father of 2 and happy husband of Maura for 35 years. He is a co-founder of the People’s Health Clinic in 1999, and has been clinic physician, executive director, medical director and mobile clinic driver at various times over 25 years. He was the Medical Director of the clinic until retiring in 2021.
John originally left his U of U family medicine clinic in 2000 to co-found and run The Hope Alliance, a small international and local non-profit organization. John has led dozens of volunteer groups on medical, public health, and other expeditions in many countries. He served on the Summit County Council for 4 years and has volunteered on various local Boards. He is a past District Governor of the Utah Rotary District and loves family, the outdoors and game nights.
