Robert Hicken began working in the masonry business when he was 14 years old. He “carried mud” for several different companies. It was hard work but Robert’s family had long been in the farming and ranching business and hard work was the norm.
Now, 30 years later, Robert Hicken is still in the stone and masonry business. Robert enhanced his on-the-job training by pursuing education in the construction management program at Brigham Young University.
Today, he is an owner of RJ Masonry, Inc. Mountain Valley Stone, Inc. and Delta Stone Products, Inc. These companies serve the stone needs of customers all over the country. Robert voluntarily serves on several boards and willingly shares his expertise as part of his dedication to serving in the community.
